“I am a final-year undergraduate Chemical Engineering Student with a minor in Mathematics at the University of New Brunswick. I am passionate about increasing sustainability in industry through decreasing emissions and exploring innovative technologies in the energy sector, and particularly interested in the energy transition, including clean hydrogen and ammonia, carbon capture, and biofuels.

I express my deepest thanks to the Society of Petroleum Engineers for their contribution to the next generation of engineers through their scholarship program. The General Scholarship will support me while I transition from my studies into a career in the energy industry where I can use my skills to contribute to the Canadian energy transition. Furthermore, I am thankful to be an SPE member which provides vast networking and educational opportunity."
