"I am grateful and honored to be awarded the SPECEF General Scholarship. This recognition means a great deal to me and serves as a validation of my dedication to the field of petroleum engineering.

I completed my undergraduate studies in petroleum engineering at China University of Petroleum (East China), and I pursued my MSc degree at University of Calgary. Now, as a third-year PhD student in petroleum engineering at University of Calgary, I am dedicated to advancing my understanding and contributing to this field through rigorous research and academic exploration. My research topic consists of EOR by huff ‘n’ puff gas Injection, CCUS, and UHUS, as a contribution to net-zero emissions. Additionally, I am exploring the application of machine learning for my study. I have published several high-impact peer-reviewed papers as the lead author and corresponding author, including one in the SPE Journal. Meanwhile, I actively presented my research on several SPE conferences worldwide.

Receiving this scholarship provides invaluable support as I continue on my academic journey. With this support, I will be able to dive deeper into my research and take part in more activities outside of my studies. It is a great opportunity for me to grow professionally and make connections in this field. I am committed to utilizing this opportunity to its fullest and am deeply grateful for the confidence and assistance extended to me."
