Maxwell's career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the energy sector. With advanced degrees in Petroleum Engineering (M.Sc.) and Business Management (MBA), He has devoted the past two decades to offering strategic leadership to prominent E&P companies such as Schlumberger, Shell, and PDO.

 

Outside of his professional pursuits, Maxwell is deeply dedicated to community service, actively engaged in mentoring, youth development, and digital literacy initiatives for multiple non-profit organizations throughout Canada. His passion for empowering the next generation underscores his belief in the transformative power of community engagement.

 

When he steps away from the demands of his professional life, Maxwell prioritizes quality time with his family by sharing adventures such as road trips, hiking, and golfing.
